Since July was Minority Mental Health Month, I hosted a panel with a few smart folks about wellness as it pertains to minority communities. We talked about the education system, prison reform, culture, and other areas where one's mental health and wellness might be impacted within their cultural and ethnic community. We get into some heavy subject matter concerning BIPOC experiences and trauma.
